Jay Park, also known as Park Jaebeom, has not followed the standard trajectory of the recording artists and actors we know today. Despite this, he has humbly earned fans for a variety of reasons. His talents in dance, singing, and performance are obvious. He never fails to demonstrate great love for and gratitude towards fans, whom he calls his JayWalkers, in the frequent messages, videos, and pictures he shares with them. He proudly shows the value and loyalty he holds for his family and his long-time brothers in Art of Movement, his b-boy crew. As a Korean American, he exhibits pride and affection for his heritage and the Korean people he has grown to love during his time in the country. In times of crisis and overwhelming criticism, he has exuded only positivity, resilience, and responsibility, exemplifying his famous phrase “love and respect.” These are only some aspects of his persona that have earned him the admiration of his supporters.
